Karen Suggett is the ILP’s Membership Manager and has held the position since joining the institution in 2019 where she started as the Personal Assistant to the previous CEO. Karen quickly moved on to her current role as Membership Manager after the much-loved Chantel O’Sullivan took early retirement after 30 years.
Along with the day-to-day running of the membership database, Karen is enthusiastic about assisting our members on their mission to upgrade their membership to a level that brings out the best in them, cultivating their knowledge, skills, and experience to a high standard.
In October 2022, the ILP Membership Boot Camp was set up and has since gone from strength to strength. With support from ILP Technical Manager – Guy Harding, they have delivered the Boot Camps to all the ILP Regions. Karen effortlessly encourages members to upgrade their membership in a friendly, informative and supportive training session.
To date, there has been a record number of ILP members going through the upgrade process.
Karen's presentation, 'ILP Membership Bootcamp' is an interactive, friendly and informative boot camp style session where you will get all the encouragement and support you need to take the leap and apply for the upgrade you deserve. Our Boot Camps are dedicated to spreading awareness about the incredible advantages that come with upgrading your membership.
