Our technical study panels contribute to British, European and International Standards and produce technical reports on a wide range of lighting topics, providing essential guidance to the profession. Technical advice is available via the Institution’s Technical Manager.

Only the ILP can grant permission for the post nominal letters AMILP, MILP and FILP to appear after your name. We also provide a registration service for EngTech, IEng and CEng and guide you through the process.
