Call for Papers: Lighting Live 2025 Events
The Institution of Lighting Professionals (ILP) is excited to announce a Call for Papers for our prestigious Lighting Live 2025 events, including Lighting Live – Local Authorities (Daventry) and the Lighting Live Annual Conference (Glasgow). These events offer a unique platform to showcase the latest advancements, cutting-edge trends, and best practices in the lighting industry. We invite you to share your expertise and contribute to these influential gatherings.

Presenting at Lighting Live 2025 gives you the opportunity to:
- Share Your Knowledge: Present your innovative ideas, research, and practical insights to an audience of industry professionals, decision-makers, and influencers.

We welcome papers from individual presenters as well as joint submissions, on any subject of interest to the lighting community. Each presentation should be approximately 30 minutes in duration, including time for Q&A.
Submission Guidelines:
To submit a proposal, please provide:
- Title of the Paper
- Short Synopsis (a summary of the topic and its relevance)
- Presenter Bio (information about yourself and any co-presenters, including your professional background and relevant experience)
All submissions will undergo peer review by the ILP Technical Committee. Selected papers will be presented at the corresponding event.
Important Dates:
- Submission Deadline: 8th November 2024
- Lighting Live – Local Authority (Daventry): 6th February 2025
- Lighting Live Annual Conference (Glasgow): 18th –19th June 2025
