The majority of ILP members are at affiliate grade, which does not reflect their true experience and competence. The Boot Camp is designed to help members obtain the grade of membership that truly reflects their experience.
The ILP Membership Boot Camp will deliver an overview of the membership upgrade process. In addition, there will be specific presentations on writing a Competency Statement, writing a Technical Report and preparing for the interview.
There will be an opportunity for attendees to meet with Karen, the ILP Membership Services Manager and a membership assessor, on a one-to-one basis, to discuss their potential membership upgrade.
