He has extensive experience delivering compliant and efficient solutions aligned with British Standards, planning requirements, and local authority specifications. Connor works closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to produce practical, well-considered designs, with a strong focus on minimising environmental impact. He also has a keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, and is passionate about mentoring and developing junior technicians within the industry.

Since joining in 2013, he has played a key role in driving business growth and shaping client strategy, helping organisations maximise return on investment through smart, efficient design.

From S278 schemes to large-scale “Invest to Save” programmes, Richard brings a commercial mindset and a focus on real-world value. He is also committed to developing the next generation, actively mentoring young technicians entering the industry.
