“After being involved with the ILP for so many years in the Northern and Midland Regions, it feels a bit strange now working as an employee. What a privilege and an honor it is to be their first Technical Director. It’s a great challenge that I’m looking forward to, as this new role will not only involve providing technical support for the membership, but also the development and delivery of training too, working closely with the Vice Presidents and helping the Lighting Delivery Centres (LDCs) succeed.
