The Institution are pleased to welcome Anthony Smith as the new ILP President. We wish him well in his role.
We are also delighted to announce that Peter Harrison has been appointed to the role of Technical Director. Alongside becoming the external facing technical excellence champion of the ILP, the Technical Director will lead on the research, development and delivery of all ILP technical documentation, working alongside our Vice Presidents and the Technical Committee. An ILP member since the 1980’s, Peter will bring a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in the exterior lighting sector for 40 years in local government, engineering consultancy and contracting.
