Everyone is welcome, with your camera on and questions encouraged.
Our third Light, Seen showcase is available and will be a workshop presented by BEGA.
Lighting, it’s in our DNA
Light has inspired art, religion and science; it holds the secrets of the universe. As humans we have evolved with a number of influences on how we see and perceive light. We can look at the same image and see different lit effects due to a number of factors of our life experiences. In this workshop we will consider a number of them and look at some practical ways to light the outdoor environment to enhance our enjoyment of these spaces whilst still being considerate of our neighbours and the environment around us.
The presenter will be Russell Mills, National Business Manager for BEGA. Russ has over 20 years’ experience in lighting and in fact is a previous winner of the Best Conference Paper Award for the Institution, for a presentation back in 2006 talking about ‘the new technology of LEDs’!
This session is a mix of CPD and company information brought to you in a collaboration between the ILP and Premier member, BEGA.
The event will take place on 24 February at 11am (GMT) and will be interactive.
