The Institution of Lighting Professionals invites you to this free, fun, friendly evening talk. IN PERSON or ONLINE – your choice.

We can finally reveal details of our MYSTERY SESSION which will feature the whole lighting team from Hoare Lea.

The session will be called ‘How To Be Brilliant at Teams’. We won’t be exploring the Microsoft package (although we can give you some good tips if you need them).

How to be Brilliant at Teams will look into the humble beginnings of a group of designers that became good at turning negatives into positives, never stopped learning, delivers under pressure, and most importantly have managed to maintain healthy relationships inside and out of its core organisation. The stories will be told live, by those who have lived them. So, if you want to come and listen to them speak about how brilliant their team experience is, join in.

This talk will be something that helps newcomers to the lighting industry, welcomes students, interns, and apprentices, and will also be fascinating for anyone who has been in the lighting profession for a while.

We aim to start the talk at 6.30pm (being flexible if there are traffic delays!) followed by the chance to chat to the speaker and others, with complimentary drinks. Doors close at 9pm. The in-person event will be run in accordance with All Secure Covid Guidelines and proof of each attendee’s Covid 19 Status will be needed to enter the venue.
