How To Be Brilliant At Being Different

20 October 2021 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Especially for students, interns, apprentices and new entrants to the lighting profession!

The Institution of Lighting Professionals invites you to this free, fun, friendly evening talk. IN PERSON or ONLINE – your choice.

Sharon Stammers and Martin Lupton – Light Collective

“In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different” – Coco Chanel

Sharon and Martin will talk about how and why they deliberately set up Light Collective using a different model to conventional lighting consultancies (they made their own one up!). They will share their journey to date and how they shifted from lighting designers to light activists to create a unique creative consultancy (they don’t know what else to call it!). Never be afraid of being different, be afraid of being the same as everyone else…

Join Sharon, Martin and the How To Be Brilliant team in London or online, on Wednesday 20 October.

Hope you can make it – ALL welcome!

Can’t make it to the venue? Don’t worry, you can watch it live online. Just register and you will receive the link.
