Open GIS software combined with public lighting CMS is a powerful tool that can bring numerous benefits to Local Authorities, Contractors, and Taxpayers.
This paper will demonstrate how integration of these two softwares can drive value and efficiency through collaborative information sharing; it also explores some thought-provoking scenarios on how we may be able to maintain our public street lighting assets in the future.
