  • What to look out for in equipment specification, photometry and LED testing
  • Identifying lighting user groups, their needs and lighting class selection
  • Electrical units, power and power factor
  • Basic electrical design issues and installations

Inventories, inspection and testing and lighting policy development

  • The importance of inventory and what information to keep
  • Examines inspection and testing issues and techniques
  • Light meters and light measurement checks
  • Building on the whole course to examine the decisions around policy development
